The Impact Of Salary, Incentive, And Work Environment Toward Employe Productivity At CV. Abadi Berkat Letari Manado
A company cannot exist without its human resources even though it has a fairly
huge amount of capital and high-end modern technology, because a sophisticated
technology without being supported by human as its main resources will not be
able to achieve its purpose. Human resource must be directed and guided from the
management of the company in general and the human resource department
specifically. Every company is often faced by employee productivity problem.
The company must make effort so that every activity will obtain optimal result
and be conducted effectively and efficiently. Hence, to achieve the desired level
of effectiveness and efficiency, a company must have a good working system and
good productivity. Several factors that affect employee productivity are salary,
incentive, and work environment. The higher the amount of salary, incentive, and
a good working environment will increase the productivity of employees in a
company.
From understanding the result, the writer conducted a research on the impact of
salary, incentive, and work environment to employee productivity at CV. Abadi
Berkat Lestari. The purpose of this research is to determine how far do salary,
incentive, and work environment have impacts on employee productivity at CV.

The analytical methods used are multiple regression method. The results obtained
are the variable salary (X

) and work environment (X

) have no significant
impacts while incentive (X

) has significant impact towards employee
productivity. Salary (X

simultaneously have impacts on employee productivity (Y) at CV. Abadi Berkat
Lestari. This can be seen in the results of the F-Test, H0 is rejected and H1
accepted with F-count > F-Table. And the salary (X

), incentive (X
2
), and work
environment (X
3
) has contributed to customer loyalty (Y) by 44.7%.
In conclusion, salary and work environment does not give significant influence
toward employee productivity partially. Besides, incentive has significant
influence towards employee productivity. Simultaneously, all three variables have
significant influences toward employee productivity.
